Associate Director - SAP Integration

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – SAP Integration to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite, with a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using SAP PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and other SAP/non-SAP technologies.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs, documentation, and integration roadmaps aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and technical challenges.
• Provide expert advice on integration strategies, solution options, and product capabilities.
• Lead workshops, design discussions, and customer presentations to showcase SAP integration solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of integration solutions, ensuring quality standards and adherence to timelines.
• Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in integration development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, and project managers for seamless delivery.
• Support migration assessments and interface migration from SAP PO to BTP Integration Suite.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 12–16 years in Enterprise Application Integration.
• Extensive experience in SAP PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of BTP Integration Suite capabilities:
   
  • Cloud Integration
  • API Management
  • TPM
  • Integration Advisor
  • Migration Assessment
  • Open Connectors
• Expertise in message mapping, Java mapping, and XSLT mapping.
• Experience in connecting SAP and non-SAP applications using various adapters.
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms, security protocols, and encryption methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across heterogeneous IT landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and documentation.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to estimate project scope, resources, and costs accurately.
