Consulting Lead - AI ML

Main Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python. Experience with full stack development is a plus. 
• Architecting enterprise-grade agentic systems, AgentOps, MLOps, and technical leadership, Agent Governance, Agent Security
• Develop, evaluate, and fine-tune Large Language Models, build prompt engineering pipelines, and implement RAG-based systems for semantic search and question-answering.
• Build, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
• Optimizing existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras. 
• Experience with Hugging Face, Ollama ecosystem and ecosystem tooling. 
• Design and maintain embeddings pipelines, process unstructured data, and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Pgvector, Chroma)
• Package, containerize, and deploy AI models into production using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, version control, and model monitoring)
• Partner with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and enterprise architects to align AI features with business goals.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD for ML models and A/B testing frameworks
• Strong knowledge of data structures, SQL, multi-threading, and APIs (RESTful, Odata).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP Services
