Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business operations, program management, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong project coordination and program management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in night shift to align with global partners
• Strong interest in learning about enterprise technology ecosystems and partnerships

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience managing partnerships with Google/Microsoft/AWS
• Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem or ERP platforms
• Exposure to marketing coordination, technology events, sponsorships, or business development programs
• Experience working in BPOs, shared services, or global client support roles with international stakeholders
