We are seeking a young, vibrant, and highly driven SAP S/4 Sales Executive to join our North American sales team. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of experience, with a strong background in enterprise software selling, specifically within SAP S/4HANA. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets while building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for SAP S/4HANA solutions across targeted industries and regions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives within client organizations.

  • Work closely with the pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to present tailored solutions to clients.

  • Execute pipeline building activities within target customer base and assigned sales territory.

  • Build productive relationships within the SAP organization for assigned sales territory in order to attain a preferred partner status.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports to leadership.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the value and benefits of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, SAP product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12- 15 years of experience in software sales, with proven success selling SAP solutions.

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise and understanding of ERP-driven business value.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed quotas.

  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and commercial management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement ability.

  • Relationship-driven, energetic, and confident in navigating CXO-level discussions.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive independently when required.
