Richard Pascoe is the VP- Consulting Services, Applexus Technologies, UK. An experienced leader & business development manager, Richard has been accountable for the success of the SAP Division of his previous companies, covering all aspects from Business Plans, Marketing, Sales, Project Delivery and Support through their partner center of excellence. With over 36 years’ experience in Retail and Wholesale, Richard has brought home delivery best practice initiatives and business understanding he has gained from a customer perspective as IT Director, interim COO and Consultant in both Change Management and Business consulting.

Benchmarked by BestCompanies as a 3 Star manager, Richard had designed and managed the build of a Rapid deployment SAP solution unlocking the ability to implement full SAP S/4 HANA Retail solutions on cloud in weeks; qualifying it as an SAP Package. He lives in the UK with his wife, Heather, and dog, Loui. Outside work, Richard enjoys Motorsport, Dog training and had even built his own car which he still enjoys driving today!
