Consulting Lead-SAP FICO

High Level Job description

• Ensure the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer in a timely manner. 
• Creating a detailed design and perform as a work stream lead in FICO and perform hands-on implementation work and delivering the solution with high quality. 
• Design, define and ensure business value in all deliverables through unique core management consulting concepts and strong customer relationship skills. 
• Ensure Quality Assurance through establishing & implementing quality management system and procedures during every step of the production process. 
• Serve as a mentor and trusted trainer to ensure plans and/or programs, training materials that support project, business and organizational needs and ensure readiness of resources in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.  
• Participate in Proof of Concepts and develop re-usable solutions and components to get the Practice ready for future projects and prospective customers. 
• Build and Maintain Templates and Knowledge Database  
• Research and stay updated on new technologies and Innovations in the Industry 
• Participate in creating content for our Website, Case Studies, and Blogs to spread awareness on our Branding in the market to attract prospective customers.   

Desired Skills & Experience 

• 8+ years of strong consulting experience in SAP FICO. 
• Experience in at least 2 -4 SAP S4 Hana end to end implementation or rollout projects. 
• Fluent Knowledge of Core SAP processes such as AP, AR, Assets, Bank accounting including DMEEX, Controlling, Taxation, General Ledger accounting including New GL, Profit center accounting, Parallel Ledgers, Inter Company accounting, etc. 
• Must have work experience of the Integration between FI-MM, FI-SD. 
• Must have SAP FIORI hands on experience. 
• Must have worked on data migration for FICO implementation project. 
• Knowledge of Margin Analysis & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling). 
• Experienced in working with technical team on developments, creating FS & performing testing. 
• Experienced in performing SIT & UAT. 
• Working experience of FICO integration with third party systems. 
• Experienced in creating FICO training documents, providing training to the business key users. 
• Experience or knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.  
• SAP certification in FICO is a plus. 
• Should be self-driven and capable of leading projects. 
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
