- Provide expert support and guidance to clients in the maintenance, configuration and optimization of SAP HCM/Payroll modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HCM/Payroll processes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
- Supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing customers, as well as involvement in specific projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs.
- Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
