Associate Director-SAC Planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to illustrate analytical concepts and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Drive innovation and best practices in SAP Analytics Cloud usage, including dashboard design and performance optimization.
• Leverage advanced features of SAC, including scripting, custom visualizations, and R-visualizations, to create dynamic and insightful dashboards.
• Implement SAC planning models, including working with data categories for actuals, budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Utilize predictive scenarios and smart features to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest SAC features, releases, and limitations to recommend optimal solutions.
• Integrate SAC solutions with both SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in analytics, contributing to industry forums and best practices.
• Lead and mentor teams on SAC projects, managing complex requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Advocate for SAC best practices while advising clients on analytics strategy and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud functionalities, including advanced scripting, optimized design experience, and custom visualizations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAC planning tools and data modeling for complex scenarios involving multiple data sources.
• Experience in predictive scenarios and smart analytics features.
• Proficiency in dashboard design principles, performance optimization, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and delivering large-scale SAP Analytics Cloud projects.
• Strong client consulting experience with a focus on handling complex requirements and customizations.
• Basic knowledge of other analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, WebI, and Analysis for Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of thought leadership in analytics.
• Experience in managing and leading teams on at least three SAC projects.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on SAP Analytics Cloud advancements.
