- 7+ years of strong experience in Enterprise Application Integration
- Highly skilled integration architect with extensive experience in SAP PO and BTP Integration Suite
- Strong experience with BTP Integration Suite capabilities like Cloud Integration, API Management, TPM, Integration advisor, Migration Assessment, Open Connectors etc
- Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using SAP PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite and other SAP/non-SAP technologies
- Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs, documentation, and integration roadmaps that support business objectives and align with best practices
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to understand their business needs, processes, and technical challenges.
- Provide expert advice to customers on integration strategies, solution options, and product capabilities.
- Participate in workshops, design discussions, and customer presentations to showcase SAP integration solutions.
- Lead solution workshops and requirements gathering sessions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of integration solutions, from development to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring best practices in integration development and deployment.
- Lead and support the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including crafting detailed technical solutions, timelines, and effort estimations for integration projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of integration solutions.
- Mentor junior integration architects and developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to estimate project scope, resources, and costs accurately
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across heterogeneous IT landscapes
- Should have experience in creating custom, standard and complex integrations in SAP PO and BTP Integration Suite
- Should have experience in connecting to SAP and non-SAP applications using wide range of adapters supported by various integration platforms
- Must have experience with Groovy and JavaScript
- Must have experience in message mapping, Java mapping and XSLT mapping
- Should have clear understanding on various authentication mechanisms, security protocols, encryption methodologies to provide solutioning across different applications
- Should have experience in SAP PO to BTP IS migration assessment and migration of interfaces to BTP Integration Suite
- Experience in other middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO etc would be added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document solutions, and present ideas clearly
