We are looking for a high-performing and motivated SAP Sales Executive to join our North American sales team with a focus on the Canadian market. This role is responsible for driving sales across the full range of SAP solutions—including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics and Industry Cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for SAP solutions across targeted industries and regions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives within client organizations.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Execute pipeline building activities within target customer base and assigned sales territory.
  • Build productive relationships within the SAP organization for assigned sales territory in order to attain a preferred partner status.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the value and benefits of SAP solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SAP product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SAP solutions
  • Deep understanding of SAP’s full solution portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
