Derek Reid

Derek Reid, the co-founder of Absoft, has worked in the SAP field for over three decades. His expertise and commitment have been crucial to Absoft’s growth. As Finance Director and Principal Consultant, Derek combines his deep functional knowledge with a strong grasp of SAP’s technical aspects. Derek has helped shape Absoft’s values of integrity and transparency, fostering a culture focused on quality assurance and sustainable growth. His dedication to these principles has been key to Absoft’s success. Outside of work, Derek shares a passion with fellow co-founder Ian for supporting the Tartan Army, attending matches whenever possible. He also follows Huntly in the Highland League, traveling across the North of Scotland more in hope than expectation.
