Applexus acquires Absoft to expand its presence in the UK and Europe
Applexus Technologies Inc., a global provider of SAP consulting, analytics, and business transformation services, has acquired Absoft Limited. Absoft is a UK-based SAP partner known for its work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, and public cloud solutions. This acquisition strengthens Applexus's position as a leader in the SAP sector.
Absoft serves clients in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, rail, and the public sector. With this acquisition, Applexus expands its global footprint, with nearly 600 staff across the USA, Canada, UK/Europe, India, and Sri Lanka. Together, they offer a wide range of services, from digital transformation consulting to SAP implementation and support, with a focus on industries like retail, fashion, consumer goods, oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, technology and more.
The partnership also brings unique benefits for SAP customers. Applexus CeleRITE, an AI-powered platform for fast SAP migrations, will now work alongside Absoft's DATAMA solution, that allows clients to migrate only the data they need inclusing historical data . This combination, makes S/4HANA migrations faster and more efficient. Additionally, the new entity offers industry-specific S/4HANA implementation accelerators, helping clients reduce project time, cost, and risk.
