Smitha Sajo

Smitha Sajo is the Vice President & Global Head-HR & Operations for Applexus where she leads the global HR and Operations teams providing leadership direction. Her role entitles responsibilities from managing employee matters, hiring professional and technical staff, formulation and implementation of process and policies to performance evaluation.

Her global team of HR professionals is redefining workplace culture and talent processes to create the most uniquely human workplace environment possible, allowing Applexus to stand out from the competition. She is also in charge of designing Applexus' talent architecture, as well as the company's overall incentives, talent supply chain, and talent development programmes in all of our locations across the world.

Smitha has deep experience in organizational development, talent management and HR systems in India and the United Kingdom. Smitha holds a bachelor's degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and a master's degree from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
